Happy Day of Love! I love Valentine's because it always makes me stop for a second to really appreciate all the love in my life! I'm especially thankful for my wonderful husband and of course my super handsome little guy!

This morning when he woke up I gave him a hug and he said "You're so sweet mom." haha Perfect start to the day!

I haven't posted in so long! So here is a preview into our 2011.... Better posting this year ;)

we spent plenty of time here at the parks in Laramie! I'm so glad there are so many to choose from. These pictures are from the playground at our apartment.

We got to spend alot of time at home this summer. It was so nice to have so much time with family and friends!

We got to do fun things like boating. Aiden loved to hang out in the boat until it got in the water, then it was scary!

We went to 2 circus's this summer! Aiden loved them! I did too!

We go to Henry's Lake every year over the 4th of July!

Our family reunion in Utah is always fun! We went to lagoon the day before this and I wish I had pictures. Aiden loved the rides! And they had tons of stuff at the reunion! It was too fun.

More time at Bamma and Boppa's house!

My cousin brice got married and it was so fun to see family!

I spent a week in Nampa watching my cousins while my aunt and uncle were in Hawaii. It was seriously like a vacation for me. Aiden loves those kids so much. We did all sorts of fun things like the rec center, chuck e. cheese, yahooz,the corn maze, and more! It was super fun! Then I stayed an extra week so I could have time to see even more family and just hang out!

Me and my sister went to a Gavin Degraw concert in Boise. And I love him.

Halloween included one party, trunk or treat, and all the activities at the sorority houses. Fun!

Fonz got a week off for Christmas break! Woohoo thats a long break for him!

Aiden is such and active physical type of person, he doesn't like to read, or sing, or just hang out. If I sit down for even a minute he is grabbing my hand and dragging me along somewhere. He always wants to be doing something, running, jumping, wrestling, climbing, and his favorite thing is to be outside! I try to do something fun for him every saturday (during the week too, but I babysit and I personally don't know how people leave the house with more than one kid. haha) So Saturdays are Aiden day. We go to the park, we go on walks, the library, the rec center, etc.

Well we finally got to go sledding!! It was right up Aiden's alley. He loved it. Going down the hill was so fast and I crashed alot (I think I broke my tailbone on a jump haha), so when we had Aiden ride with us we tried to keep our feet out a little so that we wouldn't flip but that made snow fly in our faces and not be able to see. I honestly got a little scared but Aiden just laughed the whole way. While saying "whoa, wow, yay!" haha. I really love him!

The hill that we went on was out in happy jack and fonz had had practice here where they had to run to the top and down. So Fonz was in charge of getting Aiden back to the top most the time and I had the sled. He was running up it like it was nothing. I fell on my face like 5 times because it was so slick. haaaaaaa..... I think Aiden got Fonz's coordination, at least I hope so!

I forgot to mention in my last post that while I was home I got to meet my nephew Bridger for the first time! Isn't he cute?? I loved having a tiny little baby around. Well anyways, when I first held him I said to my brother, he is soo tiny! And he was like well yeah, he's only 2 months old. Well...

For spring break we took a much needed vacation back to Idaho to see our family! It was ssooo good to see everyone. I love spending time with my siblings, it's always a good laugh.

So to start me and Aiden ended up getting a ride with my father in law in his truck so we didn't have to wait another 4 days til Fonz was done with practice. The ride went by fast and Aiden actually loved it, he didn't cry once the whole 8 hours or more.

Aiden loved hanging out with my little brother, Austin. This is them in the "hurricane" at the mall. haha

Aiden got ahold of Bapa's reading glasses for a minute and it was too funny! He couldn't walk straight but he did not want to take those dang things off!

My dad got the 4 wheeler out and Aiden loved it so much. My dad showed him where the gas was and once he got it figured out he was goin full speed. He is such a crazy kid!

I got to watch Brad propose to Emily with my friend Megan. But even better got to watch Megan cry about it :) haha

Fonz and I got to have a date night with our friends Megan and her husband Travis. We went to the museum to see body world. Fonz was loving it. It was pretty interesting, but it was also fun to have a night away and be a little immature... haha

After the museum we had some frozen yogurt at kiwi loco, it was such a cute place!

Fonz and I also had a date night with Amy and Jesse! Miss them!

And can't forget a girl's night!!! We had 1/2 off appetizers at Applebees

The next day my little sister's friend got baptized and I was so glad that I was home so I could go to it! It was such a neat experience and I am so proud of Taylor and also my little sister. What cute girls!

This yellow chevron fabric is what I'm using to make Aiden's window treatments right now. It is a brighter yellow then this picture shows and I love it. Now I'm trying to decide what other fabrics I want to incorporate into his room. I'm thinking about making his bedding for his big boy bed, now that I'm pretty much a pro sewer. (hhaha)

Just some everyday life of our family

Every time me and Aiden play with his mega blocks, without fail, he finds these eyes for me to try on. He thinks it's pretty hilarious.

If you look really close you can see a herd of antelope in this picture. This is the field behind our apartment and there have been several times we've had to stop and wait for these guys to cross the street.

This about sums up everyday life for us. I sure love watching Aiden grow and learn new things everyday. He is too much fun!

I've been teaching myself to sew a little bit. I took a class in like 7th grade but I don't remember much from that. I've been kind of a chicken and only done a couple things. I never know what I want to try. But with the new addition to the family (congrats tyler and leslie) I knew I wanted to make something for sweet little bridger. So here is my first attempt at shoe's and I sewed a monogram onto a little sweatshirt for him. (I've done applique's before.) I think they turned out pretty good for my first try. Some of the stitching on the shoes might be a little wacky but hopefully it will be easier next time!

Aiden is almost 2 years old! I can't believe it. Looking back I wish I had written more of the funny things he does down so I'm going to do a quick update so I can remember this crazy stage.

He doesn't talk a whole bunch but some of the things he does say are: Boo ya! ceace! (peace) As of late he has transitioned from calling me mama to money! hahaha I kind of love it. He says bye wuv oo see ya. (Love you) K go. His favorite word is still NO but he has grown out of the pointing thank goodness! For a while when he was mad he would point at you and say no or just a point by itself got the point across. Sometimes he throws things then says UH OH. Like that was an accident. One two... THREE! (as he jumps off the couch or table) Ready go! Daddy. Bama. Bapa. Gama. Water. Bass. (bath) Ni Ni. (night night) Book. Poo Poo. Eeeeeee Poo! (pee you)

He climbs everything. I mean everything. He climbs out of his crib and I can usually expect him in our bed every morning. He drives his power wheels into the kitchen so he can climb on the counter. He climbs on the table. He climbed the washer, haha if he's bare foot he's pretty much like spider man lol.

He is usually a happy little boy. Easy to make laugh, easily entertained, cuddly, and sweet. But that's not always the case... Right now we are struggling with a hitting and pushing phase. If you make him mad he doesn't think twice about taking you down. If you take a toy or get in his way he has a temper. We do timeout but I don't know how much that helps so if any mommy's are reading this right now... Help!! The other night we went to a wrestling match and after it was over the kids went down there and were wrestling, let me just say he was in heaven! he was tackling and wrestling with all the other kids. He is so tough. By the time we left he was completely red and sweaty, he loved it.

Aiden loves shoes. He can wear a high heel pretty good haha. His favorite pair is a light pink open toed heel haha. He always goes in my closet and chooses those ones. When I am getting ready he likes to have his own make up brush for himself. He likes to brush his teeth and comb his hair. He likes to help me with everything. He sweeps, vacuums, dusts, and helps with dishes. He likes to wash his own body in the tub. He thinks he's such a big boy. His favorite thing is to be outside. Even in the cold we bundle up and go play in the snow. He would stay outside all day if I'd let him. He loves to dance. He's got serious skills haha. He raises the roof, rolls his hands, and shakes his booty. He likes to watch tv in the mornings. He likes the Princess and the frog because it has good music to dance to and his favorite show is Diego. He knows to go poo poo on the toilet so we're starting potty training this week. Wish me luck!

I love him so much even though he is crazy and I definately have my hands full. I am still figuring things out as I go but I feel so blessed to have him. I am so thankful that I am trusted to raise this sweet boy.

It was the people that made me come to love it here...)

Last weekend I went to Salt Lake for my family's annual girls weekend. It was a blast! I loved visiting everyone! My dad picked us up at the airport and took Aiden back to Blackfoot to spend the weekend with family. It was our first night apart but he did really well! He didn't miss me too much I don't think. Which made it easier for me to have fun. We were up super early every morning and shopping til late! And we ate some awesome food. I got some super cute stuff but the best part of the weekend was spending time with family.

Halloween weekend!

I loved Halloween this year! We dressed Aiden up as a rockstar and he was totally lovin it. Everytime we put his big sunglasses on he smirked. He thinks he's pretty awesome sometimes. So do I. Ha.

Here is the sweetest rockstar you'll ever see!

On Friday night we went to a Halloween party that was seriously so fun! We played trick or treat and you had to draw out of a bowl and if you picked trick you had to play a game and if it was treat you got a treat. (duh) We had a donut eating contest that Fonz of course won. I might have done a little better if mine hadn't kept swinging into the girl's next to me so we were almost hitting faces! Ha it was hilarious though. There was some other funny games that I'm totally stealing! The decorations and food were awesome too. And they had a playroom for this kids which Aiden was so into! I learned that if I get him a mini trampoline and baloon I think I'm set for hours.....lol. My camera ended up being dead that night and I'm super bummed about it but when I get copies of others I will post the pics! Fonz went too and he loved it and meeting all the people I see every week. It was so funny because people are always asking us what mormons do for fun (annoying) but that was the most memorable party I've been to in a while!

Saturday night I took Aiden to the trunk or treat at our church which was so fun. I loved seeing everyone's costumes. There are some creative people out there! And some of the trunks were awesome. I didn't get a ton of pics because Aiden was more into being his usual crazy self and running around the parking lot then getting candy haha. But he was lovin it. Every time he took a piece of candy he said hank oo and put it in his bag.

And today we went to church.. Aiden made it through nursery for the full time for the first time! Good job baby!! I just love him so much and I'm so thankful for him.

Aiden is 18 months he's as sassy as ever his favorite words are NO and DONT with a finger pointed at you. He can be sweet when he wants to. I watch a 10 month old baby and Aiden is not always nice but this morning he almost made me cry!(with joy) She gets here before he wakes up usually so this morning when she got here she was a litte fussy and just wanting to be held well when aiden got up she was fussing on the floor and he went over and patted her back then he squatted down and hugged her and she layed her head on his shoulder then he proceeded to give her a kiss! I could not even believe it! It was the cutest thing I've ever seen. Straight serious. And guess what ...she was completely fine after that. I guess my baby offers better comfort then me. Ha! Just love him so much! He is a dare devil. I swear he isn't afraid of anything! He jumps off the couch he jumped off the big toy down at the playground the other day (I swear I was watching him he's just FAST!) and he didn't get hurt and wanted to do it again. He only goes down the biggest slides. He loves to jump. He always says "three" whenever he wants you to catch him jumping off something or swing him or whatever crazy thing he is trying. He's all boy! But we love it. Especially Fonz!

Stats! He is 34" tall 29 1/2 lbs! Still a giant.. over 90th percentile.

SO Nothing too exciting going on in our family. We had a great summer with Henry's Lake and time spent with family and friends. One of the highlights of our summer was moving.. again! I am soo happy to be out of that house! We now have air conditioning, and the rent is way way cheaper! And best of all walk in closets. ;) The one hard thing about moving is a new ward. I had alot of friends in WP and now I feel like I'm starting all over making friends here again. But between school starting and my babysitting jobs I haven't had time to really get to know anyone! I was so sick about school starting with Fonz being super busy and me being home all day I get so lonely! Thank goodness I have 2 babies during the day to keep me occupied. And 2 to 3 days a week I have a 5 yr old and 6 yr old when they get out of school so that keeps me busy. You would think I'm busy enough that I wouldn't get lonely but seriously I am not meant to not have friends I NEED friends hahaha. Like good friends I can call anytime I'm bored. That type of friend. I wish I was the type of person that loved alone time and hanging out at home. But I am so not. I love social things and girls night and having shopping buddies and someone to vent to and just someone to be there on my side! Not that Fonz isn't there for me but he's just so busy and I need girl time. Anyways enough whining. I want to round about all my negativity with all the things I am so thankful to have in my life.

Aiden- he is my rock! ... seriously he makes me laugh everyday, he is so naughty but at the same time he is soo sweet. I love when he gives me kisses and hugs, I even like it sometimes when he gets jealous if I'm holding someone else. He is very protective and cries if he thinks anyone is hurting me (even if they're just hugging me or playing around) and he needs me and that makes me feel like I do something important every day.

Fonz- he is always positive when I'm a big downer. He is inspirng to me. He is such a hard worker. He isn't afraid to go after what he wants. He listens to my rambling and trys to act interested in the things I do. He's not always successful though haha. Plus he's got my back hehe

Family- I miss my parents and siblings soo much! I am so thankful for phones! and cars. and planes. I only wish I could afford to visit more! Each time I get to go home I come back feeling rejuvenated and like it doesn't matter what anyone here thinks of me. They encourage me to be the best me and make me feel like I can do anything I want.

Church- I am so thankful that I have the church in my life and have a heavenly father who loves me. I can go to him whenever I am in need of comfort. I am so grateful for the examples of others who strengthen me and make me want to be better. Each week at church I come home feeling better about myself and happier and ready to take on another week and that is why I love Sundays so much!

It feels so good to vent sometimes I should probably blog more often.. or just write in my journal. hmmmm...

VT Brunch

My partner and me planned a brunch today for the ladies we visit teach. And they invited the ladies they visit teach. And we invited the ladies who visit teach us. And everyone brought their kids. And it was so much fun! We had a potluck and it was delish. And a lesson of course. I really wish that I would remember to take more pictures because I'm having so much fun in my life right now and I want to remember it. So... my goal is to take more pictures!

wrestling banquet

The banquet this year was so much fun!! It was out at one of the sponsers house which was SO beautiful even though it was clear out in the boonies. They had four wheelers, the coach brought out his horses, and great food. A whole pig.

Fonz got 2 awards the 1st is the 3.0+ gpa award which I have to admit is pretty impressive. Sometimes I don't realize how hard Fonz works. He is one out of 2 wrestlers on the team that has a family and he is managing that while wrestling which takes up SO much time and keeping his grades up. During the season he lifts at like 6:30 am then has classes (and I'm talking about physics, chemistry, etc.) all day has practice everyday from 3:30 pm to around 6:00-6:30 depending on the day. On top of that he has to get at least 4 hours of study hall per week. Plus all the traveling they do... impressive right? I think so.

ps. he got a 4.0 last semester and we're still waiting to see what he gets this semester it's going to be close.

The second award he got was one out of four individual awards for the team. It was the cowboy up award. The coach talked about how tough Fonz is. He never compains, he does what he's asked, and he doesn't give up. He went on longer then I'm going to but I will say I'm pretty proud of him.

Fonz took Aiden out on the four wheeler and he loved it!! Until he crashed. As in fell asleep.

This is LJ. We said hey LJ can we put Aiden on there with you for a picture and he's all sure... then we handed Aiden up and they both got all scared. Apparently it was his first time on a horse too.

Aiden started walking on March 26,2010..... while I wasn't home of course!! All day he'd been standing there playing with his toys or dancing and I'd try and bribe him to walk to me with food or just talking to him but he wasn't doing that. Not even a step. So that night I go out with friends for the monthly girls night and I get a text from Fonz not long after I left "Aiden just took nine steps" WTH?!?! NINE steps when I couldn't even get one. Well I was only a couple houses away so I ran home but he wasn't going to do it again. I asked Fonz how he got him to and he's like I'm just sitting here playing my game and he took off. Sheesh. Anyways since then the park has been so much more fun for him now that he doesn't have to try to crawl in the bark ha. He loves being outside soo much!! He'll just stand at the door until someone will go out with him. It's kinda sweet when he's not crying. :)

one year... wow!

All I can say is... where did the time go? I can't believe my baby is one!! He is the love of my life and I don't know where I would be without him! Being a mom makes me a better person every day and I'm so thankful to have him. He is so funny and sweet.

For his birthday we didn't do a really big party or anything but he did get cake and pizza and we opened gifts. He got lots of new clothes thankfully.. he grows out of everything so fast it's nice to have a reason for new clothes. He also got some new toys that we're thankful for. It's amazing how generous people that you barely even know can be. Thanks to everyone who helped make his day special.

So for the break I have been trying to come up with cheap fun things me and Fonz could do since we can't go home for Christmas. So far I haven't come up with much. But we did make gingerbread houses. Fonz really did not want to do this but I made him and we went and got the stuff and when we got back home he was drawing and asked me if I was ready to start on the houses and so we started and I realized that he drew out his plan. Haha. He got soo into it! He literally spent over 3 hours on it. And he didn't want to be done but I made him because I was so tired of watching him. He also said that we should make this tradition. Ha! I knew it was a good idea.

If you know Fonz you know that he is so competitive so of course he wanted to have a competition. But our roommates wont judge because they know who's is who's and so it's not fair. So I need votes on which is better!

We had Aiden's nine month check up today! I can't believe how fast the time has gone. He is gonna hit the year mark before I know it. Crazy! But anyways it went great. He is in the 90th percentile now instead of off the charts haha. He is 24 1/4 lbs. which is funny because at his 6 month visit he was 22 lbs. Ha! He is starting to slow up on the gaining weight thing I guess. As far as development go they said he is in the 12 month range. Yay :) The best part of the visit was when she got up to leave though. I've been working with Aiden to wave, every time someone leaves the house I say Bye-bye and wave and Aiden always laughs at me and everyone else looks at me weird haha but today when the doctor was done she stood up and said Bye-bye and Aiden waved at her!! Yes! I knew I wasn't being ridiculous. ha. She thought it was so cute she spent a couple minutes saying bye-bye and waving, I loved it!

Wrestling season in going! Busy busy busy! This past weekend Fonz had his first dual and tournament. He took third at the cowboy open! It was a long day but it was fun! Aiden did soo good! We stayed the whole day, from 9am to after 9 pm! I wish I would've taken picutres of him in his Wyoming gear, you wouldn't believe how many times I got stopped by people wanting to see this cute baby. :) He is so fun. My dad and brothers came and Fonz's mom and sisters so it was fun to see family and they took turns walking Aiden around too. It's exciting getting back in season and watching fonz. Next time I'll make sure to have pics!

He pulls up the the furniture and walks around... he was so proud of himself the first time he would not stop laughing!

He is a good crawler now but still goes back to the army crawl once in awhile

He loves pushing this around and he can even do it fast on the hard wood floors which scares me!

He loves climbing the stairs. He made it all the way to the top once... with me spotting of course!

And just have to add the cutest laugh I bet you've ever heard! ;)

I just think everyone should see how Aiden rocks when he is on his hands and knees, he is so funny! Pretty cute if you ask me. He'll sometimes do it for a long period of time but this is just a short peek.

So in one of my last posts I talked about wanting a job where I could take Aiden...well on Thursday at enrichment I met a lady in my ward who is expecting a baby girl Oct. 17th and looking for someone to watch her... woot woot! I've got a job coming Nov. or Dec.!

Saturday we went garage salein... pretty fun we scored a new desk for all Fonz's studyin and a baby jogger. Yaya!

So it's hard to see but it started out as a small little scab thing about two weeks about and just keeps getting bigger,and deeper, and it's all purple around his toe! I thought it must be infected so I took him to the doctor yesterday and she said she didn't think so but she doesn't know what it is so to just keep putting moisturizer on it... any idea's on what it could be??

It's official. I AM going to start blogging! I know I suck so bad but I am going to get better! So this post will be an update than I'll try my very best to keep it updated!

SO... Fonz- Just starting his second year of school and wrestling which keeps him VERY busy! I swear the only time I see him is on the weekends. He has to lift every morning at 6:45am except wednesdays, then has classes, he tries to make it home for a short lunch before practice which is at 3 then he doesn't get home until 6ish for dinner then on Mondays and Wednesdays he has lab from 7 to 10pm and Tuesdays and Thursday nights he has a tutor for physics. To top it all of he has to get 6 hours of study hall in there somewhere! (required for the team) So by the time the weekend comes he's so ready to relax... but wait! He still has practice on Saturday's and starting now some Sundays! BUSY BUSY BUSY!!!

Me- This will be much shorter. My days consist of playing with Aiden, cleaning, cooking, and grocery shopping. Every Tuesday and Thursday I go to a step aerobics class that some of the relief society ladies do, which I love!! Kelly is such a fun teacher! Every other Thursday I clean Fonz's coach's house for a little extra money which is nice and that's about it. We have enough money to live on from Fonz's scholarship but I like to have extra money for FUN and I'm willing to work for it as long as I get to take my favorite little man along! SO any ideas for Moms let me know!!! I'm willing to do almost anything!

Aiden- He is now 7 months!! Crazy! It feels like he's always been apart of my life but at the same time it has gone by sooo fast since he's been here! We just love him to pieces! He's soo big! At his 6 month appt. he was 22 lbs and now he is 7 months and I have now idea, I just know he's a giant! and I wouldn't have it any other way, I love his rolls! He now laughs all the time, scoots everywhere (he loves following me) ,try's crawling but just rocks back and forth (once in a while he takes a few steps before giving up), sit's up, eats solids, trys to get whatever your drinking or eating, and just has personality oozing from him these days!!! He is so much fun! He has 2 bottom teeth now, it's cute! Even though it made him super cranky! Especially at nights... but we're slowy getting to sleeping through the night. Hopefully. Well to sum it up he is the light of our lives and I can't imagine life without him, he's the sweetest!

We now live in a house with our friends Amanda and Joe. They are expecting a little boy in December which is super exciting! It's been so nice living with them. They have the upstairs so we still have our privacy but at the same time we're not alone all the time when the boys are gone! Me and Amanda alternate cooking every night which is nice not having to do it everyday. And we just love having a house! Our neighborhood is cute and perfect for us.

So everything is going good! Life is good! We miss our families and friends back at home (me in particular) but Laramie grows on me a little bit each day. I'm getting more and more used to it. And that's pretty much our life right now...

Don't mind me talking in the backround of any of the videos, just pay attention to Aiden please! haha.

Well he is here! It is definately an all new and life changing event. We love him so so much! I had him Feb. 22nd. He was 9 lbs 2 oz, and I was even induced a week early!! But I ended up getting a cesarean anyways. It was all very fast and now that it's been almost a month I'm already forgetting about any pain and thinking how "easy" it all was. Ha. Well here are some pics...

He was blessed this last Sunday which was great and it was fun to have some family down and have friends over for dinner! Thanks everyone for coming..

Fonz had his first tournament this weekend in Powell, Wyoming. He took first! I'm so proud of him. He went against a senior in his weight class from his own team and won! It's so exciting, I only wish I could go to every match to watch! But the upside is while I was home alone I was soooo bored, I learned how to knit!! I'm turning into an old woman haha. But I need something to keep me busy. :)

So a couple weeks ago me and Alfonso got to find out the sex of our baby..... and guess what.. it's a boy!! We are super excited. Alfonso is already planning on training a little wrestler. The ultrasound was such an awesome experience (I tried downloading it but it's the wrong format I guess) But we have pictures of everything.At first the doctor thought it might be a girl because he couldn't see anything, but his legs we're crossed. In one of the pics the baby has his hand you know where... haha, the doctor put "a typical boy" and informed us he must need to adjust. haha. It was really fun seeing it all though and even kind of emotional. Even something as simple as hearing the heartbeat brings tears to my eyes... kinda cheesy I know but it's an amazing feeling.

We were married August 16th, and couldn't be happier. My maid of honor was my sister Amber, and my bridesmaids were my cousin Megan, my friends Markie, and Charish. THANKS!! I love all of these girls. Alfonso's best man was Kyle, and his groomsmen were Ruben, Albert, and Christophe. It was so fun having them there! We appreciate everyone who helped make our day so perfect!
